• No Nut or Peanut products including peanut butter or treats containing such are to be brought onto the premises. We are a strictly nut & peanut free facility.
• The main gate must be closed from the road upon entry/exit for safety reasons.
• You agree not to arrive any earlier than the start of your session start time.
• You agree to vacate the field promptly at the end of your session.
• You agree not exercise your dog outside the secure field, or wait at the gateway before your slot time.
• Dogs must be kept on leads until safely inside the secure field boundary and the gate closed.
• Do not climb the fence or gates.
• We reserve the right to close the field at any time, for which a full refund will be given, cancellation will be notified to the field user/booker.
• You are liable for any damage caused inside or outside of the field, including without limitation the equipment which we provide in the field, by you, your dog(s) or any person in your party. Please note equipment including agility equipment is useable at your own risk. We do not hold liability for injury.
• Cars are parked and contents left within the car at your own risk, we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage of property or vehicles on our premises.
• Children are always your responsibility and need to be supervised, please do not allow children to worry the dogs.
• You shall not interfere with or make any alteration to the layout or arrangement of the field.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission to or evict any person or dog from the field, if we deem it necessary (without liability to you). 
• All dog(s) excrements MUST be picked up in poo bags and placed in the dog poo bin. It is your responsibility to pick up after your dog. Failure to do so may see you unable to book future sessions.
• Do not drop litter anywhere, take it home to dispose of.
• Please be careful as the ground may be uneven, wet and slippery – please wear appropriate footwear.
• Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere on our premises.
• You will not do yourself or permit the operation or release of any high-flying objects. 
• Bookings made can be rearranged by yourself up to 12 hours before your slot. We will not refund cancellations. 
• Hiring is for personal private hire only and not for business purposes (training sessions/dog walkers walking clients dogs) with a limit of 6 dogs. If you require a group hire/training session please contact us directly to discuss. 

Dogs

• Dogs should not be left unattended at any time. You should accompany your dog(s)at all times, so you are aware of what your pet is doing and that they are safe.
• All dogs using the field must be wormed and have all vaccinations up to date or have been titre tested.
• If your dog is ill or has been ill within the last 48 hours of your session time. Please cancel your session and re-book as required.
• In keeping with the law regarding ‘responsible dog ownership’ you are entirely responsible for yours and your dog(s) safety whilst in the field and our premises. The law states that we should be in control of our dogs at all times. This is also relevant at Pet Playground. Whether you are alone or one of our representatives is present.
• Up to 6 of your own family dogs are permitted for the slot fee for private individual use only. Additional dogs can be arranged, please contact  Pet Playground if you require a larger booking.
• Females in season/heat must not be brought to social sessions but may attend private hire sessions. 
• Uncastrated males over 6 months must not attend social sessions/open park but may attend training sessions. 
• Banned breed dogs and banned breed crosses may attend our private hire sole use sessions by completing a membership form however they must not attend the social sessions. 
• Banned breed dogs must produce relevant insurance and exemption paperwork when applying for membership to enable us to facilitate you and your dog. 
• No persons under the age of 18 solely in control of dogs permitted on the premises.
